The Approach

Honoring the connection between the pelvis, fascia, nervous system, and spine.

Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, Gyno Chiro™ supports the body as one interconnected system.

01

Internal & External Pelvic Floor Care

When appropriate and always with your informed consent, care may include both internal and external pelvic floor treatment. This allows us to work directly with the muscles, fascia, and connective tissues of the pelvic bowl while also addressing the surrounding structures that influence pelvic health and function.

02

Nervous System-Informed Care

Healing is about more than reducing symptoms. Every session is designed to support your nervous system’s ability to regulate, adapt, and heal while helping you better understand your own body so you can feel informed, confident, and empowered throughout your care.

03

Whole-System Care

Your body is more than a collection of separate parts. Every session looks beyond isolated symptoms to understand how the pelvic floor, fascia, spine, jaw, breath, and nervous system work together—creating care that supports your body as an interconnected whole.

Your care may include

Drawing from a variety of techniques, tailored to what your body needs most.

  • A whole-body assessment, including your pelvic and spinal alignment
  • Internal (when indicated) and external pelvic floor work
  • Fascial work to support the pelvis, abdomen, or jaw
  • Gentle craniosacral techniques
  • Joint mobilization, when indicated
  • Breathwork to support nervous system regulation
